1. General
These terms of trade apply to all purchases made via purelivingshop.dk. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), USD, EUR and include VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, Dankort, MobilePay, and other available options. Payment is processed via secure payment solutions.

4. Delivery
We strive to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. Delivery takes place to the address you specify at purchase. The risk for goods transfers to you upon delivery.
If the item is damaged by shipping, you must report it to the shipping company.

5. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging and unopened. You are responsible for the costs of return.
DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK WITHOUT INFORMING US FIRST.

6. Complaints
If there are defects or shortcomings with the item, you can complain within 2 years. Contact us for guidance on complaints.
If the item is broken or breaks within 2 years, we will send parts that can repair the broken part. This will come from the manufacturer and may take some time.
It is important to inform us about it.
